Architecture
Most of us live in towns and cities whose architecture channels our lives and substitutes skylines for horizons. At best the constructions provide beautiful and uplifting frameworks for living, while at worst they dominate, channel and blight the lives of the inhabitants. The evidence is there for all to see - if only we look. In my work, which concentrates on details, unusual perspectives and the spaces buildings create between them, I attempt to bring out both the beauty and the menace surrounding us.
