The 30 images below constituted my exhibition “IL LIRI, MOTORE INDUSTRIALE” which was presented in Sora and Isola del Liri (in the province of Frosinone, Italy) under the patronage of UNESCO in the context of the cultural activities organised as part of the “Scorrendo con il Liri” 2017 event.
They illustrate the industrial importance of the River Liri, from Capadoccia to Isola del Liri and highlight both nostalgia for the past and the forward looking dynamism of the present, the river being the continuum through the centuries.
